"We booked in for undercladding in our pvc conservatory, which consists of insulation and we went for a plaster ceiling with spotlights. We were impressed from start to finish, the first thing that made them stand out was their honest pricing. The guy we spoke to gave us a price that was clearly not one that we needed to haggle down, and there were no sales games. This is rare and helped us trust them. The workmen were very helpful and worked hard to make sure they could accommodate our needs. We had to leave a mattress in the conservatory while they worked and they were very helpful, made sure to cover it and nothing was too much to ask. They cleaned up after themselves aswell. The conservatory has been transformed. The plasterer was so meticulous the ceiling is flawless. It’s so much quieter when it rains, and we are excited to see the difference in the hot months now too. Thank you very much to the whole team. I would recommend them 100%."

"We just had our conservatory roof replaced. Excellent service, Jamie was contactable throughout our decision making and was really knowledgeable and helpful. And Gav and the team on site were respectful of the house and didn't stop working even in the freezing conditions. Our new roof survived its first night which happened to be Storm Bert and looks fab, already feeling the benefit of having a proper roof. Would definitely recommend the whole service."

"I was really impressed with this company. I responded to a fb ad, and was given a quote from a few photos and measurements I sent. Was booked in for 2/3 weeks later. Received WhatsApp summaries comparing the work agreed. Workmen were courteous, tidied up and took any waste away. We had internal conservatory insulation fitted. They had finished by 2pm. We have already noticed the difference in temperature and the roof looks great! It hasn't rained yet, but we noticed the quiet! We live in the room most of the year, but have had to abandon it when really cold. Hopefully, we won't now! Really pleased and the whole process was so easy from when I answered the ad."

"Like a lot of people, our conservatory was essentially a storage room, as we couldn't properly use it outside a few weeks in the summer when the temperature was at a decent level. We'd heard of people solving this problem by having an insulated roof installed, so we started to get quotes for the job. Jamie gave us not only one of the best quotes, but also gave us by far the most information about the job. Even going as far as visiting us a second time before we booked, to answer some additional questions. Once we booked, the communication was excellent. All very clear and always answering the questions we needed. The team also couldn't have been better on the week of the job. Arriving on time, letting us know what was going on, talking us through each individual part of the process as it went, and always being happy to answer questions and walk us through decisions that needed to be made. At the end of the job they made sure we were happy with the work (which of course we absolutely were), and left everything clean. In short, an excellent job done with complete professionalism. I could not recommend these guys more."

The level of customer service was 5* right through from Jamie regarding the quote, measurements & requirements etc, to Gaz and Ste who installed the internal conservatory insulation. The job was finished immaculately and I am SO happy with the end product. I now have a space that I can spend time in with my family without it being either completely baltic or like a sauna!! Having the 4 LED Spotlights is always a huge plus with the darker evenings creeping in now, meaning we can enjoy our evening meals not only in a warmer space but always a much better lit place! I cannot recommend The Conservatory Insulation Company enough. If you've got a polycarbonate roof on your conservatory and you want a more affordable yet fully functional option, then TCIC are your guys!!! Amazing experience."

Found these on Google and booked in for a quotation. They came round the next day to measure up and gave a quote quarter the price of a new roof. Booked in for the installation 3 weeks later. Gavin and Gaz turned up around 9 and were done by 3, leaving the room in immaculate condition. Over the moon with the new interior insulation. It looks miles better than the old polycarbonate. And we couldn't be happier with Gavin and Gaz's work and professionalism. Highly recommend!"

"On contacting Jamie regarding internal insulation for our conservatory roof we were given advice, information and several quotes for us to choose from all within several hours. After agreeing to what we wanted done we were very surprised to have a date planned for the next week. The workmen arrived on the dot for 8.30am driving from Halifax which was 2 hours travel to our home. These guys worked exceptionally well during the hot day completing the work which included the insulation plastering, electrics by 3.30pm. They clean up after the work leaving minimal work us to do. We would really like to thank Steve and Dave for their work in the morning and also Tony and Gavin who spend the whole day ensuring the work was completed to a high standard. We are very pleased with the workmanship done our conservatory and professional approach to customers. We would highly recommend this firm for the work to date. "Very professional team with an excellent job done to my conservatory. Jamie was very informative and gave me a number of options to consider. The quotes were very competitive. We replaced the horrid old plastic on the roof with a beautiful tiled finish on the external, plastered internally and lots of lovely insulation inbetween. It has literally been the hottest week ever and the difference has been huge. The conservatory is now a useable space. Jamie was great at keeping me updated before and during the work. Dave and Steve started off the internal works on day one followed by Tony to complete the external and bring in the plastering team over the following couple of days. All of the team were tidy and respectful of my home and garden. It's a lovely finish inside and out. First was to install lights, second was to frost the glass ( which was done in a couple of hours each time) and 3rd was the install which took them about 6 hours.
